All the way to bed!! Well, we are in another bedtime showdown at the McKay household. Mackenzie has once again decided that bedtime is not until much later than I desire it for her! I was very pleased with her sleeping 
schedule for about the last month - going to bed b/t 9-10 and waking b/t 7-8am. Now, I know of babies who do better than that, but I was pretty pleased given her genes. I had also come to accept her late owl tendencies after this article was sent to me by a friend....because it may mean she's gonna be the creative type (this article holds true for my night owl/creative musician husband!). BUT, then came Sunday.....and Monday....and Tuesday nights. She did NOT want to go to bed at 9, 9:30, or even 10 on these three nights. We were back to pushing 11:00. And to top it all off, she's decided to get up at 6am now! UGH! The first two nights, we thought maybe she's sick/gassy/teething and doesn't feel well it was so out of (recent) character. But when I started realizing that each 
time I picked her up, she immediately felt better....hmmm! Maybe she's realizing I'll pick her up, rock her, take her downstairs, etc. So, last night I was a little tougher on her. Now, I'm not so good at closing the door and saying goodnight to a screaming baby. But, my tough love is to stand next to her crib replacing the paci and trying to calm her down w/o picking her up. When she got too fussy, I did pick her up to calm her down (didn't take long.....hmmm!) and I'd put her down before she went to sleep so she would eventually fall asleep on her own in the crib. Well, eventually it did work. Like 10:45..... Tonight seems to be going better so far. We'll see ;) In the meantime, enjoy this picture of our little piglet in her new Piglet sleeper!

That is an extremely interesting article! I think it explains why D is the creative one and I'm... well... not.
Looks like M.P. takes after me on that one. Her bedtime is 7. Her choice, not mine.
Gosh, I hope it gets better soon!! The best Ansley can do is 8pm - 4:30am. I wish it were more like 8pm-8am!! Ha!! I LOVE the Piglet sleeper, too cute!
