The BUMBO!!

Well, I've been ready for Mackenz to sit in the Bumbo for a while now.....just waiting on a little more neck strength. Yesterday we went to a MOPs meeting at our church and I had Mackenzie in the nursery. When I was picking her up, I was talking to some other moms and one of them put their daughter in it (she's a week or two older than Mackenzie) and she seemed to be doing okay (although she didn't really like it). I decided to try Mackenzie in it, and she did pretty good! And she seemed to like it pretty well.....I've been thinking she would because I think she likes to be able to look around and be in control of herself a little more (that lying on your back is for babies.....she's so over that!).

So, when I got home, I put her in her own Bumbo seat and of course took a few snapshots (Is it me or does our tree look crooked?? I swear in person it looks straight!). She seemed to like it okay in the Bumbo, but also I don't think she quite understood this new contraption she was in! I'm excited though, I have high hopes that this will be a source of entertainment for her (she's a baby that requires lots of stimulation & entertainment!).
