Brannon arrived on Wednesday night & got to take Mackenzie for her second experience in the ocean. She seemed to like it even better the second day. Luckily for us, the tide was pretty calm which helps for a baby's experience! She got her feet wet again to start the experience, but then daddy took her deeper into the water for a real ocean experience. She was a bit timid at first he said, but seemed to like it better once mommy joined them in the water! I guess it's gotta be safe if mommy's doing it (can't say the same thing about daddy!).
She also showed off her newest trick for daddy while we were walking along the shore - pointing!
She LOVES to point at things now & particularly was interested in pointing at the birds down by the water. Daddy enjoyed her interest in the birds and starting running with her to the groups of birds to make them fly away all around them. She loved it! (Check out the video for a demo!).
