Happy Halloween

With much anticipation, here are some pictures of our little black cat! We spent Halloween at home handing out candy. We weren't ready to attempt taking her around the neighborhood, and it'd just be more candy for us. Besides, I wanted to see the neighborhood kids when they came to our door. Mackenzie greeted a few of our neighbors, but was a little grouchy, so she spent a good bit of the evening dressed up as a cat & sitting in her swing! (Sounds like my first Christmas, right mom??). Good thing her outfit was comfy....it was basically a sleeper outfit with a hood. We did get a cute picture of her with a little pea pod (aka Micah - our old next door neighbor born just a few months before her). I will add that once I get the picture from his mom (my camera battery had died at that point....oops!).

A bit later after she ate, we got her in the carrier and went on a walk over to Ben's house to visit Jenna, Gabe, Christina, & the Nesbitts and show off her little outfit. They, of course, agreed that she was adorable. All in all, a great first Halloween for the little Mackenz. Hope everyone had a great day yesterday! Enjoy the pics!!
