This morning we managed to make it to church for the first time. What a production it is to get ready now! Somehow I managed to take a shower, feed Mackenzie, change a diaper, entertain her/put her pacifier back in while doing hair & makeup, change another diaper, change her outfit, pack a diaper bag, make a bagel, and get out the door. We were late, but not too bad! And we even managed to snap a picture before leaving! I couldn't leave without commemorating the event....especially since it's the first time she's gone anywhere in a fancy dress!
She did pretty well at church, but she did get upset at the beginning of the sermon due to a diaper issue! So Brannon went to change her & then walked her around til she fell asleep. They came back in for the worship section (Remember - she is soothed by loud rock music like they play at our church!) And did fine until the end. Then, she got to meet alot of our friends and they all thought she was adorable (of course!).
