Go Vote!

Mackenzie got all dressed up in her new patriotic leg warmers to remind everyone to do their civic duty tomorrow & vote! She said she knows alot of people are really concerned about the election tomorrow, and she wanted everyone to remember that no matter what happens - she was still born into the greatest country on earth & she is very blessed & lucky to have been born here. And the beauty of the country is not whether or not your personal choice is chosen, but instead that every four years we get to peacefully elect the leader of this great nation!

I'm excited that tomorrow I'm going to get to vote. I didn't know how I was going to manage it - with Mackenzie in tow, in a long line, waiting to break down at any moment.....and the early voting lines were long too, so I didn't do that either. So, luckily a friend from church is going to come watch her so I can vote (after she votes herself). So, it is a big day......first babysitter for Mackenz & the day our nation chooses its next leader ;)
