Saturday, we went down to the Georgia Aquarium with the whole crew that was in town & had such a great time. Mackenzie was such a little

trooper - she was so happy the whole time pretty much despite not really getting any naps! We had to laugh when we first got there because at the first large tank we were trying to get her to look at the fish, but she just wanted to look at her frog that makes a rattling sound and she was shaking it back & forth. She was like....who cares about the fish, I've got my frog! She got more into the fish as we went along & especially when her daddy took her out of the stroller!
We were there from about 10am - 1pm (normally she gets a good nap during this time, so it was questionable how she'd hold up). She only slept about 15 minutes on the

ride there, but then while we stopped to eat lunch she fell asleep in her stroller (doesn't happen too much hese days now that she's so interested in the world around her). So, that helped her hold up for the rest of the visit. She only had a melt down later that night when we all went out to dinner. She never really got a good nap (only sleeping about 45 minutes when we got home from the aquarium). But we thought that was all in all, not too bad for a sleepy overstimulated little baby! It's seriously hard to have enough energy to be that cute for all the visitors for that long!

We got a surprisingly good group shot that they took as you come into the aquarium. Mackenzie even looked directly at the camera from her stroller! I'm going to scan it in so you can see the whole gang! What a fun time we had! Here's some more pics from our adventure!!
Hanging with Poppee, but not posing for the camera......too many fish to look at!
