She Just Won't Slow Down....

I took some pictures a night or two ago of Mackenzie sitting at her new "big girl" table that she got for her birthday (okay a little early, but I wanted it put together for the partay!).  And looking at the pictures (which are a little blurry - didn't realize til I uploaded it that it was on manual focus....oops!).  Anywhoo, looking at the pictures makes me realize just how big she is getting.  Though I know she is still my little girl when she requires my help getting into the seat.  But that won't last long I'm sure!  She's moving on quickly into toddlerhood & not looking back!  Though her mommy may look back from time to time.

Hard to believe it's been almost a year since she entered our lives.  I know every parent feels

 that way, but until you experience it, it just doesn't totally click just how fast they grow.  Her vocab is starting to grow, she walks everywhere these days, and she is her own little person with a HUGE personality.  I can't wait to see where she will take us on the journey of her life.  Wherever it is, I know it will be full of twists and turns and probably a few roller coasters!  This past year has been a blast & I know we have many more great years ahead!  In the meantime, we look forward to celebrating this sweet girl's first year this upcoming weekend!
