On Saturday, Mackenzie decided to try out her official GT cheerleading uniform (okay, I decided!). It has been hanging in her closet for well over a year waiting for this football season! She got it at my very first shower, last June! It is still quite big, but it looks good & since it's big now, it will last all season :)Hopefully, she will be our good luck charm again this year & Tech can manage to live up to the preseason expectations! My dad (also a Tech grad) thoroughly enjoyed seeing his granddaughter take over the role of cheering for Tech from her mommy & auntie! Note the earplugs in his ears.....listening to the game since it wasn't televised! I thought it was an appropriate picture of him with his plugs & her in her uniform :)
