Today, Mackenzie & I headed over to our friend's house & went with them to their neighbor-hood pool. This was Mackenzie's first excursion into a "big" pool. She was a bit hesitant at first as I put her in her float and started a little cry, but my friends started saying "YAY Mackenzie!!!" and she started smiling like okay this must be alright! I love how babies respond to clapping & cheering - and they always assume it's for them even if it's for another baby in the room :) And it was smooth sailing from there - she just enjoyed herself as I pushed her around the pool. Wore her out! And that is why we will be doing this alot this summer!

What a cute float! So glad you found one with a canopy. Yep, summers are fun, fun, fun. Nice to tire out the baby for a change, usually they are tiring out the mommies. Love Granmommy
