1st Day Back to School (Well, MMO!)

As mentioned in my previous post, today was Mackenzie's first day back at her MMO (which we call school to her). She'll be going again for 2 days a week & has moved up to the older 1's/younger 2's classroom. I was glad when I dropped her off - there were no screamers! I went to the wrong room first - the one with more 1 year olds & no 2's, and there was definitely a screamer! We got corrected and moved on down the hall. Her room was quiet - all the kids were happily playing & she walked right in and started playing. That's a first for her - in a new room, new teachers & no crying. I guess this is the classroom where separation anxiety has (more or less) become a thing of the past! WHoo hoo!!

We are excited that she will be in a class again with her buddy Mady Kay & also her other little friend Jay. We took some pictures before leaving today in front of our house & she actually wanted to pose for me. It was AWESOME!!! I hope she starts to do that more & more for me :) Then, we posed for some after school pics with her friends. They were so cute. I can't believe how big they are getting......
