6 Weeks To Go!!!

Or at least it's 6 weeks til my due date.....we'll see if she wants to be on time or not. But I CANNOT believe we are getting so close! I'm getting nervous about the whole delivery aspect & the actual parenting that follows. Right now, I'm still enjoying being pregnant. I think I need to get a little more uncomfortable before I'm at the stage where I'm ready for her to come on out & embark on that next stage. For now, I'm safely enjoying my last days of non-parenthood!

We did go to a childbirth class last weekend & we feel a little bit more informed about that whole process. Brannon managed to watch the movie clips and not pass out or get queasy, which is a good sign! He also learned alot (I don't think I realized how little he knew!). He said he didn't know there was so much time spent in labor before pushing. His impression (from TV I guess?) was that once you were in labor - you were laying in a bed pushing! So, he learned a WHOLE lot about the actual process. Good thing we went!!!

Anyways, we have a big weekend planned. Both sets of parents will be in town & so will my sister. The girls will all be attending my baby shower that my sister & friend Stephanie are throwing for my Atlanta girlfriends. It should be a fun time :)
