Mackenzie & I had our first (of many, I'm sure) cookie baking sessions together. A friend of mine with a 4-yr old little girl who has some similarities to my little girl, said she had to let her start cooking with her very early because she soooo wanted to be involved & not play by herself while I cooked. Sounds like Mackenzie to me. So, I tried letting her stir. Trying to let my desire to not make a big mess not get the best of me. Then, I let her sprinkle them after I cut them out. Overall, fun times. Messy kitchen. But fun.
